NoA will ihre neuen 5. Spieler in Kürze vorstellen. Das komplette Statement von bsl unter mehr
"It seems like one of those long journeys even though it hasnt been more than 5-6 months...by leaving my home in Norway for the 2nd time to go "pro" in this game I made a huge commitment to myself that I would do good. Good in terms of personal performance, good in terms of maintaining existing relationships and good in terms of building new ones.
Accepting an invitation from someone you dont personally know to go across the sea to another continent to play a game feels like a huge thing. Leaving everything behind, friends - family - girlfriend - education, to push forth the opportunity of making the most of a talent isnt something I take lightly. Ive always been very grateful for the opportunities granted me by this game and to the persons that have helped me get to where I am.
Getting together the current NoA roster wasnt an easy task either, and all of the members sort of took a "chance" - forsaking the same things I did to get to Los Angeles and our pre-CPL boot camp. As in life, things didnt work out 100% the way we wanted them to, but we managed to play to our potential and taking home a memorable 2nd place at CPL Winter 2003 from a 27th seed.
During these next months the idea of an intercontinental counter-strike team will really be put to the test. I will not be a part of team NoA during this difficult but also very exciting and interesting time. It has been decided that the team will continue to pursue their goals without me and Im leaving effecting immediately.
This is the second time in my career I leave a team Im responsible for putting together and thats somewhat sad. I enjoyed my time in NoA and the moments we had at the two tournaments we participated in.
So whats next?
Naturally I will continue my esports career. More importantly within the next month my personal website, beselbub.com, will be released - and it will feature a lot of information about esports including articles about my experiences so far in my career as well as private photos and other content. In closing I wish to extend my thanks for the enormous amount of support Ive gotten from people all over the world these last months in NoA - was a great ride!" |
